The inscription is made for a complete school year, that is to say at the beginning of september until the end of june of the following year, or from the current month on. An inscription is only final once the form has been returned signed and the fees of the first month have been settled in advance. A month that has been started must be settled in its entirety.
The minimal duration of a subscription that the management will (exceptionally) be to accept is of one semester (September till January or February till June).
The fees are determined on a yearly basis and are payable in advance at the beginning of the month by the method chosen at the time of enrolment. The fees also take school and public holidays into account and these are not deductible.
Absences outside the school holidays are not deductible. The school will not reimburse courses that were missed, but pupils can recover them at any moment during the school year in a discipline of their choice.
The pupil may terminate the enrolment at the end of the first semester, i.e. January 31st, by registered mail addressed to the management before January 15th. No terminations will be accepted after this date and the fees will be due until the end of the contract. In case of circumstances beyond the pupil’s control, an illness or a serious accident, a cancellation request may be addressed in writing to the management who will evaluate this request and will propose a possible arrangement. In case of a delay in payment of more than 2 months, the entire fee will become due. An amount of 10 francs will be charged for each reminder.
The school commits to employ qualified teachers who will provide a high standard of reaching during the entire school year. This is why it asks a similar commitment from the pupil to regularly follow the classes from September till June.
In case of repeated non excused absence, the legal representative of the pupil will be informed by the secretariat.
